Rasta Gyals (unfinished)
Hey everyone, I know it's been forever since I've posted a blog but i'm back! I haven't really been feeling school that's why y'all probably heard from me. This week i decided to dedicate this piece to my lovely friends, Beina, Desire, Shateira, and Christelle. Our group chat is called "Rasta Gyals 2.0" hence the image i drew. I sketched out in bubble letters the words and free handed the Rasta girl on the left. I got bored and chose to add color by using water color markers. Something that went really well about this project was sketching out the Rasta girl without copying an image like i usually do. Also, writing out the bubble letters was easy too and came out looking alright. My friends said they liked the piece when i showed them it. Overall, this whole project went really well because it was simple enough. One part that was definitely a struggle was staying in the lines while coloring with the markers. I feel since the markers were so thick
